Community Initiatives
We are continuously aiming at improving the community and the common areas. Since these areas belong to us all, we should all have a say in how it is formed. Here you can see which initiatives the community is currently working on. Your input will be vital to make sure we have common areas that are useful for all. This initiative's goal is to transform our outdoor spaces by re-constructing the garden and green areas. Focus is on making it greener and more friendly, creating a welcoming environment for everyone to enjoy.
This initiative aims at, in the long run, transform our garden into a stunning oasis by developing the large area towards Calle Nobel. This perfect addition offers a refreshing retreat for all residents and guests, making our community even more attractive. Ideas include building a pool, seating areas and a barbeque/grill space. This will enhance the appeal and value of our apartments.
Including a barbeque/grill space in the large garden will fosters community and enjoyment for all residents. Grill space ensures a welcoming environment everyone can gather and build lasting relationships.
